The Espaces Loufoques will be offered in available premises, equipped with storage, and managed by organizations such as municipalities, cities, or clubs, thus facilitating access to games for the population.

There's no need to search for hard-to-find labor to animate; you set up the games and only need one person to supervise. The games are already in place and ready to be used.
